We strive to provide you with the best possible customer experience, especially in the event of an issue with your order.
Our refund policy allows for a 10-day period following the receipt of your wine during which you may request a refund or exchange. If more than 10 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, you must notify us at the earliest sign of an issue or if you wish to return a product. As we offer aged wines, we cannot guarantee the quality of every bottle. If you receive a bottle with any flaws or defects, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Please note that gift cards, empty wine bottles, and opened bottles of wine that are not defective are not eligible for a return. We kindly request that you do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
